My goal for VidCon's 2024 brand refresh was to add three dimensionality and character to its overall aesthetic, both in the 360 digital marketing campaign as well as the "in real life" experience of the event. Going for a shiny, inflated, toy-like aesthetic, we created a world that is reflective of the inclusivity, child-like fun and wonder that attendees and creators experience at VidCon. The range of creative assets for this campaign was extensive and included: stage visuals, 80-page conference guide, signage & wayfinding, badges, 3D builds for photo opps, social media and out of home advertisements (billboards, wild postings, street stencils), merch (apparel, posters, stickers, pins), and event photography and videography.
Artist bio
I am a Creative Director based in Los Angeles, born and raised in Dubai. With 15 years of experience in brand, editorial, experiential and motion design as well as film directing, I’m passionate about helping clients build their visual language and tell compelling stories.
